Terms and Conditions


  1. Although there is a time limit to the overall event, this event is not a race. Points are awarded for completion of missions. First team back does not necessarily win the event.
  2. All rules of the road must be obeyed. Wings and Slicks is not responsible for any incidents that occur during the event on public roads.
  3. Teams must have at minimum two participants preferably three inside each car: one driver, one navigator and one mission director. Drivers must only be focused on the road.
  4. In the event of any inappropriate behaviour or any misconduct displayed by any participant, in the view of the Event Manager, Wings and Slicks, may ask the participant to leave and be excluded from the event without any refund or compensation.


Damage Liability: Participants are not liable for damage when it is normal wear and tear to the vehicle.  However if the damage is a direct result of reckless, negligent or deliberate action then participants remain liable.

Rain Policy:  Events will run rain or shine. On the rare occasion that weather is too severe, we will reschedule your event in advance if necessary. If an event is cancelled part way through your event you will receive a rain check voucher valued equal to the unused portion of your experience. We will make every effort to complete your event on the scheduled date.

Payment and Booking Policy: All individual bookings must be paid in full at the time of your reservation including all taxes and insurance. A booking is not confirmed until paid in full. Gift certificates do not include taxes and or insurance and must be paid upon booking. Group Bookings require a 25% booking deposit and the balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy: Booking schedule changes may be made up to 15 days prior to your event without penalty. There will be a $50 re-booking fee for changes made inside 15 days and 72 hrs prior to your event. Cancellations made within 72 hrs of the event are considered “No Shows”. “No Shows” forfeit their paid amount including taxes and insuranace and will not be credited for any future events. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events (in which case participants will be notified in advance and offered a credit).

Refunds on Direct Purchases: Refunds will be provided any time within the period of 1 calendar year. A 7% transaction fee will be deducted for all refunds that are requested more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

3rd Party Vouchers and Gift Certificates: No cash value. No cash refunds. Vouchers paid value may be used as partial payment towards an upgraded higher retail value experience at any time. Expired discount vouchers have a redemption value equal to the amount paid for the voucher towards any experience at full retail price for a period specified by applicable law.
